Look, I need to talk about this WebSim update. They just reduced our daily prompts from 40 to 25, and honestly, it's pretty frustrating.
Running on Empty: Already out of credits today, and it's not even close to what I need to finish my projects! At least the image limit is still reasonable at 100 per day... for now.
Here's the thing - even a basic game takes around 15 credits to make. That's more than half of our daily allowance right there. And if you're thinking about making something more complex? Good luck with that.
The math just doesn't add up. With 25 credits, you'd have to spread your development across multiple days just to complete one decent project. By the time you finish, the trend you were trying to catch up with has probably already passed.

Sure, I managed to snag a sponsored creator status on one of my accounts which gives me 100 credits per day - and yeah, that's WAY better. But here's the catch: it only lasts for a month! After that? Right back to those measly 25 credits. Talk about a tease!
And now they've dropped this bombshell - paid plans. Remember when everything was free? Those days are gone. Now they want $30 per month for the Pro plan and - wait for it - $60 per month for the Max plan! That's right, PER MONTH! I get that they need to monetize, but these prices are pretty steep for what you're getting.
Watch them cut the image limit next month too. I bet we'll end up with like 1 prompt and 10 images per day at this rate. At least the current 100 images per day is still manageable... fingers crossed they don't mess with that too!
Don't get me wrong - WebSim is still a great tool. But between the credit reduction and these new subscription plans, it feels like they're really pushing users into a corner. It's just not as accessible as it used to be.
Maybe it's time to look into alternative solutions or bite the bullet and pay up. Though I have to say, I really miss those 40 daily prompts, and that temporary taste of 100 credits just makes going back to 25 feel even worse - especially when they're dangling those expensive paid plans in front of us.
You know what's really sad about all this? I used to absolutely love WebSim, and deep down, I still do. But watching them go down this path of seemingly endless monetization - it just feels like they're following in the footsteps of every other AI company out there. Heck, it's not even just AI companies anymore - it seems like every company eventually succumbs to this kind of corporate greed. It's genuinely disheartening to see WebSim heading in the same direction as everyone else.
